What is SLA?

SLA

SLA stands for Service Level Agreement and is a formal agreement between a service provider and a customer that sets out the quality, availability and performance of a service. An SLA describes, for example, how quickly malfunctions are resolved, what support is available and what uptime guarantees apply.

The purpose of an SLA is clarity and certainty: you know exactly what to expect and what agreements apply. This prevents misunderstandings and ensures reliable cooperation.

ICT-support is de hulp en ondersteuning die organisaties krijgen bij het gebruik van hun ICT-systemen, hardware en software.
