Your privacy is very important to Harbers Group. We therefore comply with relevant privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means that we:
- Clearly define our purposes before processing your personal data, via this privacy and cookie statement;
- Store as little personal data as possible and only the data necessary for our purposes;
- Explicitly ask for your consent to process your personal data, if consent is required;
- Take necessary security measures to protect your personal data. We also impose these obligations on parties that process personal data on our behalf;
- Respect your rights, such as the right to access, correct or delete your personal data processed by us.
Your data is safe with us and we will always use it properly. In this privacy and cookie statement, we explain what we do on www.harbersgroup.nl with the information we learn about you.
If you have any questions or want to know exactly what data we hold about you, please contact Harbers Group using the contact details at the bottom of this privacy and cookie statement.

We retain your data for a maximum of four (4) weeks if you are not selected for the position. We may ask for your permission to retain the data for one (1) year in case a suitable position becomes available in the future. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an email. If you join our team, we will store your application data in your personnel file.
A social media and internet check may be part of the application process. This is necessary to ensure our reputation is maintained when hiring new staff. We do this based on our legitimate interest. We search your name on Google and check any public profiles on various social media platforms. If we conduct such a check, we will discuss the results with you. If you object to this check, you can indicate this by email when applying.
